Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

If we have your item in stock it will be shipped from our store within 48 hours of purchase using Toll Shipping. If your item is not in stock we will inform you within 24 hours. The item will be ordered on the same day it was purchased and will be shipped within 48 hours of arrival in-store.

A flat fee of $5 (NZD) will be charged for all orders shipped under $100 (NZD). This applies only to orders shipped to New Zealand.

All items will be shipped from this address. Please use this address when returning items, faulty or otherwise.

Returns may be made under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item is delivered
  • The item is damaged upon delivery
  • The item has a manufacturing defect (you will need to provide proof of this)
  • You’ve changed your mind about a purchase
  • You wish to exchange an item for another

 

If you wish to return an incorrect item, please notify us via phone on 09-407-3527 or by email at sales@possumtrendz.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. Please note that if you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about the purchase, you will be responsible for the courier charge. In any other instance, Possum Trendz will arrange for the item to be collected.

 

If the item comes with packaging, this must be in a saleable condition upon return.

 

Shipping fees will be refunded in the event of a broken or faulty item or if the wrong item is delivered but not if you’ve simply changed your mind or wish to exchange the item.

 

We are unable to refund items that have been deliberately damaged or those which have suffered damage to packaging once they have been delivered. Items that suffer damage to either the product itself or the packaging during transit may be returned upon request.

 

Broken and Faulty Items Policy

 

If you are returning a damaged or faulty item or a wrongly delivered product, please notify us via phone or email as soon as possible about what happened to your purchase. We will organise a courier to collect the item upon notification. Please package damaged items appropriately for safe transport.

 

Once the item has been returned, we will assess the damage or fault and either replace it or refund it – please notify us about your preference. Replacements are subject to stock availability and we will inform you if there is a delay.

 

Order Cancellation

If you have ordered in error or believe someone else has used your card or you have changed your mind, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. In this instance, a full refund will be issued. If you do not or cannot inform us that you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, please notify us as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, we will arrange for a cancellation or to have the item shipped back to us upon arrival.
